Overview
The Far and Wide Venture Leadership programme is our follow-up to the venture programme and is bigger and more in-depth in every way. We place a strong emphasis on the outdoors, utilizing mountains and experiential learning in detail. Our focus is on overcoming challenges and personal growth while using larger mountains and activities to teach older participants about themselves and their peers. Whether it's their first, second, or third time at Far and Wide, each programme is different and unique.
Objectives
The Venture Leadership Program emphasizes personal growth and interaction. Elder participants are given bigger challenges and exciting adventures, which are both enjoyable and provide great learning opportunities. It's important for them to step out of their comfort zones, and any personal challenges they overcome, no matter how small, are celebrated. Whether it's taking an early polar plunge or conquering higher ropes, each individual's experience is a personal triumph.
